Mark E. Bandy received his Bachelor of Science degree, in Chemical Engineering, with honors, from Michigan Technological University in 1985, his Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1991, and an MBA from the University of Michigan in 1997. Mr. Bandy was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1991 and admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1991. Mr. Bandy is also admitted before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Bandy is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and various alumni groups. His practice is primarily focused on patent prosecution (both domestic and foreign) in the chemical and mechanical arts, related licensing matters, trademark practice and general client counseling..
