Randolph E. Digges, III received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the Ohio State University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo in 1992. Mr. Digges became a member of the Ohio Bar in 1992 and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Digges is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
