David E. Spaw received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1991. Mr. Spaw became a member of the Ohio Bar in 1991 and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Mr. Spaw is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, and the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association.
